Lee
Not an official charity organization, but the son of our former
neighbors. He was born at the end of last year. This Spring he
was diagnosed with Leukemia. He’s made it through his first
round of chemo-therapy, but still has a long way to go. The medical
bills are piling up for his parents and we wanted to include Nicholas
this summer on our list.
Rescue
me Pet Foundation
The
rescue organization from which we adopted our cat Chaplin; a small
registered charity that saves cats and kittens from destruction
and helps them find good homes to go to.

Raise with Praise
An organization that offers elementary school programs which advocate
and promote the principles of nonviolence: kindness, compassion,
and respect for all living things. By teaching children to practice
nonviolence with animals, these nonviolent behaviors can be directly
linked to practicing nonviolence with themselves, other people,
and the environment.

Circle Of Hope is dedicated to assisting uninsured and underinsured
individuals who are confronting breast cancer. At Circle Of Hope
we believe that by improving the quality of life through financial
and emotional support, the battle against breast cancer has a

needs, both financially and emotionally, and complete the "Circle
of Care".
